SOUTH BEND, Ind. — The South Bend Common Council will meet Monday at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall, 215 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

The agenda includes a proposed six-year real property tax abatement, an appointment to the Community Police Review Board, a property vacation ordinance, and special recognition of a local business anniversary. An update from South Bend Cubs leadership regarding Four Winds Field renovations is also scheduled.

• Resolution 26-07: Appointment of Marla Godette to complete a vacant two-year term on the Community Police Review Board
• Bill 06-26: First reading of an ordinance to vacate the east-west alley south of Monroe between 516 and 520 S. Michigan St.
• Special Resolution: Recognition of the 25th anniversary of Cutrageous Barber and Beauty Salon
