Redress South Bend LLC was formed in February of 2024, as an Indiana Domestic Limited Liability Company. The publication operates as an independent investigative journalism outlet based in South Bend, Indiana, serving South Bend and St. Joseph County.
Our reporting focuses on local government, public institutions, public records, and matters of civic accountability. We publish investigative reporting, government meeting coverage, public records analysis, interviews, and opinion content.
Story selection is guided by public interest, documentary evidence, relevance to local residents, and the availability of verifiable sourcing.
News and investigative reporting are fact-based and grounded in primary documentation whenever possible. Opinion content is clearly labeled and reflects the views of the author.

Redress South Bend operates as Redress South Bend LLC, an Indiana limited liability company.
The publication is not affiliated with any political party, government agency, or corporate media organization.
Revenue may include advertising, sponsorships, memberships, and reader support. Acceptance of advertising or sponsorship does not grant influence over editorial decisions or coverage.
Editorial control remains solely with the publication’s editorial leadership.
Editorial Leadership and Review
Editorial leadership is overseen by Logan Foster, Founder and Editor-in-Chief.
All investigative and news articles are subject to editorial review prior to publication.
The Editorial Review Board provides oversight to ensure that reporting meets standards for accuracy, fairness, sourcing, and ethical compliance.
