The South Bend Common Council will meet Monday at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall, 215 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

The agenda includes multiple public hearings and final votes on ordinances involving alley vacations, salary amendments, budget transfers, appropriations across city funds, utilities service boundaries, zoning changes, and payments in lieu of taxes. The council will also consider resolutions related to a regional land bank agreement, establishment of a local fund, and adoption of the Downtown 2045 Plan.
